Legal Representation for NFL Players

For many professional football players, life after playing can be a struggle. Even with the seemingly fortuitous life many have been blessed with, injuries often become an unfortunate part of the rest of their lives.

As an attorney working on behalf of players’ rights I have been able to help many players with life off the field. From violent collisions on game day to off-the-field illnesses and injuries, professional football players never know when their careers might end. NFL players who make the opening day roster on average last less than five years in the league, but there is no guarantee.

Representing former players and fighting for the benefits they deserve is not only a career choice, it's a life choice for me. I've watched my husband and his teammates and those who paved the way before them, give their heart and soul and "lives" to football.

Many players suffer disabling injuries from head to toe by the time they're 30, which will persist for the rest of their lives. As an attorney and NFL wife, I can relate to what players and their loved ones are going through. I see the pain, anxiety, frustration and sleepless nights caused by thousands of hits to the body and brain. They exhibited Superhuman skills on the field, but are in fact human beings who played a gladiator sport.

If I can help one player at a time attain much needed financial or medical benefits and make their transition from the football a little bit easier, that's my goal.
